This is an exciting and exceptional opportunity for a new SEND Inclusion Lead to join us September 2025 to lead on Primary education across the Trust. This is an exciting and crucial time in the Trust’s journey to success. As a strategic leader with strong operational management, you will ensure high-quality education and support for children and young people (CYP) with SEND whether, that is in a specialist or primary mainstream provision. You will work closely with executive leaders, Headteacher/Principals, SENCo’s, external agencies, and other professionals to ensure that all SEND CYP receive the support and care they need to thrive and develop independence, preparing them for the next stage of their life.
