The Role

Are you a passionate leader ready to shape the future of a unique and growing provision?


Connex is seeking a committed Deputy Principal to help lead our specialist setting through its next exciting phase. Working closely with the Principal and Executive Leadership Team, you will be responsible for having professional responsibility for the educational aspects of the school and operational responsibility as determined by the Principal.

In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the strategic direction of the provision, ensuring exceptional outcomes for all pupils. This position is perfect for someone motivated by impact, driven by purpose, and committed to continuous improvement.


Connex is a specialist setting, offering personalised and bespoke curriculums to our learners – including horse riding, cooking, farm trips to name a few. Due to expansion, we are looking to employ a Principal to support our SEND Learners. This will include specialist teaching of learners in EYFS and Key Stages 1 & 2 or Key Stages 3 & 4 in small groups or as individuals.

This expansion will allow us to enhance our provision, support more children and young people, and create an inspiring environment where they can thrive.
