Brunel Academies Trust is seeking a People Services Officer to join our friendly and supportive People Team. In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll provide high-quality and administrative support across our schools and provisions, helping us deliver the very best outcomes.
You’ll manage employee records, support and assist with payroll processes, and help coordinate key People projects, including TUPE transfers and workforce data reporting. With opportunities to contribute your ideas and develop your skills.
We’re seeking an organised, proactive individual with excellent communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a genuine passion for supporting people.
