The Role

Exeter House School is an all through Education Provision (EP) for children and young people (CYP) with severe or profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) and complex needs. We are a supportive and nurturing community for CYP, aged 4 -19. We have 3 sites within a short distance apart in Salisbury. Rated Good by Ofsted (Jun 23).

We are in search of an Admin Officer for our Pembroke Park site in Salisbury who can:

  • Act as a welcoming and friendly face at Exeter House School
  • Run the pupil admin side of the site efficiently and effectively
  • Assist the Office Manager in the efficient running of the school office
  • Answer the telephone - This will involve dealing with queries, taking accurate messages and often bringing solutions
  • Deal with parental queries
  • Maintain the office calendar, arranging appointments and liaising with staff regularly to follow up on external and internal communications.
  • Maintain efficient filing systems, ensure confidential papers are stored appropriately.
